This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance industry from the ground up while building the skills needed to run their own agency in the future. As an Agent in Training, you will work directly alongside our agency team learning sales, client service, and agency operations. You will gain hands on experience helping clients protect what matters most through Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance solutions. Requirements Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Prior Sales Experience.
