• Supervise and support a team of 1-5 employees to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Handle cash and oversee cash management processes with accuracy
• Resolve conflicts among staff or with customers in a professional manner
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and service quality
• Oversee facility upkeep to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
• Facilitate clear communication between front-of-house staff and management
• Support sales efforts through effective team coordination and customer engagement

Required Qualifications
