Senior Sourcing SpecialistIntegrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to support the growing recruiting team of a top Energy company. This position offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off and paid holidays.Position SummaryThe Sourcing Specialist partners closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent across multiple geographic regions. This role focuses on proactive sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting workforce planning needs. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, data-driven, and skilled at identifying talent in competitive markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needsPartner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand job requirements and candidate profilesConduct market research to evaluate talent availability, competitor activity, and sourcing strategiesSource candidates using a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other online toolsBuild and maintain diverse applicant sources through creative and strategic recruiting methodsPromote and represent the company brand consistently to candidatesUtilize sourcing metrics and data to improve recruiting effectiveness and decision-makingDevelop relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations to build talent pipelinesAttend job fairs and recruiting events to generate qualified candidatesScreen and refer qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for further considerationStay current on recruiting trends and best practices through ongoing learning and professional development.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.5 years of corporate recruiting or sourcing experience, with a focus on professional and exempt-level roles.3 years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and online sourcing tools (Workday preferred).Strong experience with internet sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is a staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical, and Professional placements.
