About the Role

As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations while serving as the bridge between company leadership and store execution. You'll be responsible for creating efficient systems, developing employees, improving profitability, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.

As the company expands to additional locations, this position offers significant opportunities for advancement into broader operational leadership.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

• Leadership experience in grocery, retail, discount retail, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• A proven track record of building, coaching, and developing successful teams.
• Experience improving operational systems and increasing efficiency.
• Strong experience with hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, supply chain, and retail POS systems.
• Experience planning promotions, community events, or local marketing initiatives is a plus.
