What you\'ll do Propagating strawberry seedlings Maintain and upkeep quality control of seedlings, plants, growing bags, hydroponic systems, ventilations, clean room conditions Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of Lab and farm facilities and premises, and growing sites Support farm operational processes such as receiving the raw materials, nursing the seedling, growing the plants, harvesting the fruits and packing of the produce Coordinate logistic or delivery arrangement Design and perform physiological experiments in the indoor farm Assist in the molecular biology studies in agriculture related field for Singrow, Data Analysis and Record-Keeping: Agriculture lab assistants may be responsible for analysing data and recording results in a lab notebook or electronic database Assist with preparation of reports and presentations to communicate findings Attend meetings with research collaborators and take minutes when require Collaborations and prepare application materials Other works and or any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company Report and assist CTO in on-going and ad-hoc projects What you\'ll need Minimum Diploma or ITE in Plant Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related fields Experience in Data Analytics or related fields will be beneficial Experience in leading daily operation and research management of a technology-farm in a controlled environment with experience in remote sensing preferred Good communication and writing skills Good coordination / project management skills Able to plan and execute experiments with minimal supervision Able to take initiative to improve processes and troubleshoot problems Able to organize well and adhere to deadlines Preferably have experience or interest in farming or gardening environment Able to work independently with minimum supervision Full-time minimum 6 months required #J-18808-Ljbffr Singrow Pte Ltd
