Project Manager IT

Under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for leading the organization’s prioritized initiatives. This includes managing project resources, schedules, financials, change, and risks, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired goals and objectives of the business.Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related study from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience. Desired Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certified by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).Minimum of 3 to 7 years of project management experience and/or business process management responsibility in positions of increasing responsibility. Proven record of accomplishment in managing medium and large-scale complex projects with IT focus. Experience in leading cross functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders. Banking/financial industry or related field preferred.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability. Effective conflict management, negotiating, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skillsAble to be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities. Must be technically creative and open-minded. Must have a high attention to detail, be able to work under indirect supervision, and possess an above average understanding of information technology topics. Able to work a hybrid work schedule. Able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends and evenings as needed or assigned. Able to commute as necessary.
