Teller Position

The Teller works in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement. Tellers provide a variety of teller account services such as handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, greeting customers and maintaining accounts. The candidate should provide a professional image and be the face and voice of our company. Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations.
• Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
• Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services as needed.
• Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred Basic math skills PC and typing skills Ability to count U.S. currency Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner Look for cross-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
