What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. PM / Senior PM: 10+ years of construction project management experience. Project Executive: 15+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership across multiple projects and teams. Proven experience managing core project delivery (financials, schedules, forecasting, and execution). Strong decision‑making, organizational, and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments. Ability to lead teams, build trust with stakeholders, and drive consistent project results. Broad understanding of construction operations and project delivery practices. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite. A valid driver’s license may be required; subject to Motor Vehicle Records review for business travel. Nice to Have Exposure to advanced management or technical training (more critical at senior/executive levels). Application of lean practices and continuous improvement approaches within project delivery. Expanded leadership responsibilities, including mentoring teams and developing future leaders. Increased involvement in multi‑project oversight, client relationship management, and business development (Senior PM → Executive progression).
