You begin by syncing with operations to confirm process controls are set to standard. Throughout the night, you move between machines and finished goods, performing precise inspections and troubleshooting quality issues in real time. Each hour, you log clear, accurate quality reports. You verify product dimensions and check material usage with an eye toward reducing scrap and optimizing cost. When something isn’t right, you identify non-conforming product quickly and prevent it from moving forward.
