• Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 4pm, with option for Tuesday - Saturday
• 40 guaranteed hours per week -- 13-week contract
• 1:1 patient ratio with 7 - 10 home health visits daily
• Home health setting providing in-home treatments
• Prefer 1 year home health experience -- new grads considered
