Reliable Health Care Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the mission-driven team at Nevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS) in Elko, NV. Help make a lasting difference by providing early intervention services to children with developmental delays.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat children aged birth to three with developmental delays
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support each child's progress
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a flexible and supportive environment

Qualifications:

• Current Nevada Physical Therapist License in good standing
• Valid Driver's License
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required — training and support available
• Ability to assess and treat children with developmental delays ages birth to three
