We are committed to building a collaborative team environment where employee-owners are encouraged to grow professionally, take on meaningful responsibility, and contribute to the continued success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Own and maintain the client database and identify opportunities for growth;Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients;Identify new business opportunities, markets, and prospective clients across industries and geographic regions;Develop and execute targeted business development and marketing initiatives;Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, networking, and cold-calling;Manage business development activities, leads, and opportunities through the sales pipeline;Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, conferences, trade shows, and industry events;Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support strategic growth initiatives; andIndependently manage priorities, follow-ups, and day-to-day business development activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;4+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relations;Experience in the engineering, architecture, construction, environmental, or broader A/E/C industry preferred;Strong relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently;Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; andWillingness to travel periodically for client meetings, networking events, conferences, and trade shows.This is a salaried, non-commission-based position with eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus. The estimated salary range for this role is listed below.
