Insurance Specialist The Insurance Specialist is responsible for quoting, issuing, servicing, and retaining property and casualty insurance policies for customers across multiple states. This role works directly with clients and insurance carriers to provide coverage solutions, process policy transactions, maintain insurance documentation, and deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and electronic communication platforms. The Insurance Specialist also supports the resolution of customer concerns and ensures accurate maintenance of policy and carrier information.
