Job Duties:

The Director is responsible for the strategic vision, administrative oversight, and nursing operations of the Emergency Department. Works closely with medial staff, nursing staff and leadership to develop, implement, and maintain clinical programs that enhance quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and provider satisfaction. Provides leadership to manage the department’s financial and human resources.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Demonstrated Management experience may substitute for Bachelor’s Degree. RN with NE or Compact state License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, ENPC AND TNCC and Emergency Nursing certification strongly preferred. 3-5 years including supervisory management experience preferred

 

Shift Schedule:

Full-Time; Monday-Friday, day hours
