Hospital Life Safety Lead & Compliance Manager

Tower Health's Reading Hospital seeks a Hospital Safety Professional to ensure regulatory readiness and risk management across the system. You will drive compliance with The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and state health regulations, and supervise life-safety staff. Bachelor's degree is required; CHSP/CHFM/CHFSP certification within 1 year of hire is expected.
