- Provide mechanical efforts such as welding, mechanical engraving, machining and mechanical assembly for a program.
- Performs a variety of fabrication and processing operations in order to build and finish composite and plastic reinforced parts.
- Applies knowledge of working characteristics of bonding techniques, using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment.
- Performs composite layup and mechanical assembly operations to military specification by utilizing process sheets, drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Requires HS Diploma or equivalent, and six (6) years diverse Assembly experience with two (2) years of those six (6) years at the Assembly Specialist level.
