About the Position

Our client is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for a local touch-freight position in Taylor, Michigan. This role involves delivering palletized pet food and supplies to veterinary clinics and local pet stores throughout Michigan. Drivers can expect home-daily opportunities, with one overnight stay each Monday. Hotel accommodations are provided, along with a $40 per diem for the overnight stay.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $26 per hour
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,040
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no weekends
• Start time: Between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Hours per week: 40
• One overnight stay each Monday with hotel accommodations provided
• Monday overnight per diem: $40
• Employment type: Temp to perm
• Expected start date: August 5, 2026

• Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Steel-toed boots preferred
