Human Resources Manager Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite) Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 annually DOE About the Opportunity A well-established logistics and supply chain organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at a high-volume distribution operation in Jacksonville. This position serves as the primary HR partner for site leadership, supporting a diverse workforce of hourly associates and salaried managers while driving employee engagement, compliance, recruiting, and workforce planning. Responsibilities Serve as the onsite HR leader and trusted advisor to distribution center leadership. Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management. Partner with operations leaders to support workforce planning, staffing, retention, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage and develop onsite HR and recruiting team members. Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation for hourly and salaried employees. Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, attendance, retention, and recruiting performance to identify trends and recommend improvements. Coach managers on leadership development, employee performance, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Support leave administration, accommodations, return-to-work processes, and other employee lifecycle activities. Develop and implement training and engagement programs that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness. Build strong relationships with operational leaders and cross-functional business partners to support organizational goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Must have Human Resources experience supporting a logistics, distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or similarly high-volume operational environment. Experience supporting both large hourly workforces and salaried leadership teams is required. Proven experience managing complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations. Strong background in recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Experience coaching managers and influencing operational leadership. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing workforce metrics and HR reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
