The MCC will assist with distribution marketing activities, content development, internal communication efforts and executing external marketing campaigns. They will ensure brand consistency across multiple channels and media, including print and digital collateral.The MCC will report to the Manager of Marketing Communications. This position requires four (4) in-person office days and one (1) assigned work from home day after the initial 90 days.Duties & Responsibilities Marketing Collateral Development – Print and DigitalCoordinate updates to existing collateral and the development of new sales tools including catalogs, product brochures, cut sheets, sample kits, trade show materials, banner graphics and promotional giveawaysGather and maintain library of printable materials and digital collateralCoordinate customer-facing email marketing campaignsWork with cross functional team to ensure new content is regularly added to the company websiteCoordinate the translation of marketing materials use outside the USAWork with print vendors to establish quotes, production schedules and delivery of materialsUpdate multi-facility digital signage with relevant and engaging contentLeverage AI-powered tools to improve content development workflow efficiencyContent Marketing & CommunicationsDraft, edit and coordinate all press releases and datasheets associated with new product releasesDevelop educational blog content focused on target markets and applicationsAssist in developing content for social media, presentations and other digital marketing initiativesSupport internal communications initiative as neededDistribution Marketing SupportSupport manager of marketing communications with coordination of distributor marketing campaigns; obtain deliverables from product managers, submit to distributors, etc.Digital MarketingAssist with keyword research and implementation of SEO recommendations to improve organic search visibilityCollaborate with internal teams to develop digital assets including graphics, videos, landing pages and other online content in alignment with brand strategyResearch and evaluation emerging AI-powered marketing toolsGeneral Marketing SupportCoordinate with external vendors to manage project schedules and creative deliverablesMonitor and report project expenses and process invoices with accounts payableSupport implementation and ongoing use of marketing automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generationAssist with data collection and reporting for digital marketing campaigns, website performance and email marketing initiativeExecute ad hoc marketing projects on requestMiscellaneousAbility to travel when necessary (up to 10% possible)Education / Experience RequirementBachelor’s degree in Marketing or BusinessTwo (2) + years of experienceAbility to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneouslyMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Basic knowledge and strong interest in AI tools and marketing automation software (Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Claude)SEO knowledge, website management skills and Adobe CS design experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to meet deadlines and accomplish projects with guidanceInterested in learning about Amphenol RF product solutions and the markets we supportStrong ability to work well with others cross-functionally to get projects done, problem solve and pivot quickly when neededAmphenol RF is an equal opportunity organization.
