As a Rail Installer, you will be traveling to different job sites, inspecting the area, and installing a variety of different rail projects based on the client's needs, including residential/commercial decks, interior rails, exterior rails, gates, spiral staircases, variety of staircases, and fencing. You will also be maintaining a safe, clean work environment, and conversing with the customer/general manager of projects. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. No welding required. Responsibilities Travel to job sites, install rail per prints provided, and keep the job site clean. Read prints and lists to be sure everything is needed for the job is on the truck and ready to go. Accurately and safely install product of many types, with strong attention to detail. Communicate professionally and effectively with the clients and answer any questions they may have. Communicate with the team with questions and issues. Keep install truck clean, organized and report any issues to the repair team on truck issues and trailer issues. Follow all safety guidelines to foster a safe work environment. Qualifications Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to pull and back-up a trailer. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work well independently or within a team.
