Training Operations Lead

Everblue is seeking a Training Manager to own the training calendar, center logistics, and systems-of-record accuracy for all scheduled events. This role keeps the training pipeline synchronized across Jira, Airtable, the LMS, and the public-facing website. The Training Manager works with the Director of Training Operations, oversees facilities at multiple locations, and coordinates with Marketing and compliance bodies.
