Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting and financial reporting functions. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing the month-end and year-end close processes, and delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong accounting knowledge, a process-improvement mindset, and the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assetsManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesPrepare and review financial statements and management reportsEnsure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activitiesDevelop and maintain financial controls and accounting proceduresCoordinate audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors and tax advisorsAnalyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve performance and profitabilitySupport strategic planning and decision-making with accurate financial data and insightsSupervise, mentor, and develop accounting staffFor immediate consideration email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
