Brand Manager, Supply Chain

AbbVie

Operations-focused Brand Manager role overseeing supply chain strategy, demand planning, and lifecycle management for assigned pharmaceutical brands. Serves as cross-functional leader coordinating between Commercial, Manufacturing, and third-party manufacturers to ensure product supply and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned operations brands and teams to drive timely decisions impacting sales, supply assurance, and performance
Analyze and model supply across notes; guide cross-functional partners on key strategic decisions
Develop brand plans, financial forecasts, long-range plans, and lifecycle strategies aligned with business goals
Manage product lifecycle transitions including launches, loss of exclusivity, and discontinuations
Serve as primary interface between Commercial and Operations for demand forecasting and strategic alignment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or science with product management experience in life sciences
5+ years in operations, supply chain, management, product development, or financial management
Proven experience leading and fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and execute large change initiatives
Understanding of commercial processes and assigned product/brand knowledge preferred
Experience working effectively with executive-level management in global settings
