Line Run Operator for the DC-NY Route
Adventure Tours is excited to welcome a dedicated Line Run Operator for the DC-NY Route. As a Line Run Motorcoach Operator, you will be responsible for operating motor coaches on long-distance routes connecting the safe and timely transportation of our passengers between Washington, DC, and New York, NY. You will play a crucial role in transporting passengers over specified routes according to a set schedule and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Adventure Tours has been in business for over 25 years, we are a leading provider of luxury motor coach transportation services with headquarters in Accokeek, MD. We have expanded our locations to include Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, Long Island, NY, and a new location in Richmond, VA. As a Line Run Operator at Adventure Tours, you have the potential to earn gratuities, enhancing your overall compensation.
Responsibilities
- Operate a motorcoach on the DC-NY route in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to scheduled departure and arrival times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the motorcoach.
- Report any maintenance issues or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with passenger endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a motorcoach or similar vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
