• Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to ICU patients, utilizing your advanced clinical skills
• Assess patient needs, develop, and implement appropriate care plans
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently using EPIC systems
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
• Lead and delegate nursing team resources to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols in a high-demand environment

What You Need

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC documentation and excellent communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher certification
• Specialty certifications related to critical care
