Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 16 physicians and 39 CRNAs at Banner University Medical Center. Banner University Medical Center is a nationally recognized, 733-bed academic Level I Trauma Center and one of Arizona’s leading hospitals. Work alongside other highly motivated anesthesiologists in a strong care team model style practice. We foster close collaboration with our surgical and perioperative colleagues, ensuring we collectively provide the highest standard of anesthesia care for the Phoenix community. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia. Great opportunity for experienced Anesthesiologists or individuals just starting their careers. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: 26-week Night Float Position 7-days-on/7-days-off. Our team boasts high retention rates, with collaborative efforts to ensure coverage during time off. Key Responsibilities: Anesthesiologists provide clinical leadership and oversight of anesthesia care delivery while also independently managing and administering anesthesia services during assigned shifts.
