Assistant Hotel Director Of Housekeeping

Compensation: $36,000 - $42,000 yearly Responsibilities: Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed Handle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget Qualifications: Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service At least 3 years of experience in a senior role in the housekeeping department 2 years of hospitality or guest services experience Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED) Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment About Company We offer an appealing atmosphere and welcome a wide variety of guests from many different backgrounds.
