Bob’s Glass & Screen Co. has been serving San Diego County since 1988, providing full-service glass, window, and screen solutions across residential, commercial, and retail sectors. We are seeking versatile  Glaziers with 5+ years of experience who can handle "a little bit of everything"—from custom residential shower enclosures and window replacements to commercial storefronts and retail glass repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Residential Services: Measure and install custom frameless shower enclosures (3/8" & 1/2" glass), replacement dual-pane windows, decorative mirrors, mirrored doors, and glass tabletops.
• Commercial & Retail Systems: Install, repair, and replace commercial storefront framing, retail display glass, entrance doors, and safety/tempered glass per job specs.
• Windows & Screens: Perform complete window replacements (new construction and retrofit), glass re-glazing, and window/door screen installations.
• On-Site & Shop Work: Take accurate field measurements, fabricate glass and aluminum framing, apply proper sealants/waterproofing, and safely operate mobile service trucks.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain high craftsmanship standards, uphold OSHA safety protocols, and deliver excellent service to homeowners, general contractors, and business owners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of as lead installer with experience in glazing spanning residential, commercial, and retail settings.
• Versatility: Comfortable switching between heavy glass custom showers, commercial aluminum storefronts, and standard window/door repairs.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy glass panels (75+ lbs), work at heights/scaffolding, and handle outdoor labor in all conditions.
• Licensing: Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for operating company service vehicles).
