Consumption Account Manager

Driving customer success for Data 360 & Agentforce, the full-time remote Consumption Account Manager will manage executive relationships, create consumption plans, and guide customers in leveraging Salesforce solutions to maximize their investment. Key responsibilities Engage with strategic customers to assess their capabilities and recommend actions to accelerate consumption Develop and execute technology strategies and adoption paths to ensure seamless integration with existing systems Build and nurture executive-level relationships to solidify partnerships and drive customer success Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles related to Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM Full-stack technical qualifications in CRM, Data Architecture, and AI/ML Proven track record as a trusted advisor with experience in complex data architectures Strong understanding of industry-specific use cases and integration patterns Experience driving customer success in large, complex organizations
