Sr. QNXT Software Engineer

Location The position is a hybrid role as needed, and candidates must reside in Arizona. Overview Impresiv Health is seeking a Senior QNXT Software Engineer with deep healthcare technology experience to support enterprise software development initiatives for a leading healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer with strong architecture, integration, and development expertise, specifically within healthcare payer environments and QNXT platforms. The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting highly complex software solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise healthcare software solutions Lead software architecture, requirements gathering, technical design, and coding initiatives Develop and support integrations, APIs, connectors, and communication frameworks Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define features and deliver scalable solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle Support software verification, validation, testing, and certification activities Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing customer and operational support Participate in process improvements, value engineering, and future‑state technology planning Ensure software configuration management and change management best practices are followed What You Will Be Successful If Strong hands‑on experience working with QNXT within a healthcare payer environment Proven ability to balance technical priorities with business and operational objectives Confidence leading complex software engineering initiatives with minimal oversight Excellent collaboration and communication skills across both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Self‑driven mindset with the initiative to identify challenges and deliver solutions proactively Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support What You Will Bring 10+ years of software engineering experience within healthcare technology environments Strong experience in software architecture, design, development, and integration Hands‑on experience with QNXT platforms and healthcare payer systems Experience developing enterprise platform software, integrations, and communication frameworks Proficiency coding in multiple programming languages Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies Experience with software configuration management and change management practices Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills Strong collaboration and communication abilities Bachelor’s degree preferred Candidate Requirements Candidates must be US citizens or Green Card holders.
