Always ready to adjust strategies in response to market change and competition, our team works closely with sales, product partners and vendors.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Product Marketing Specialist for Servers on our Product Marketing Team in Round Rock, Texas.What you’ll achieveAs a Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will own and project manage product marketing initiatives, working closely with other members of marketing, sales and product management.You will:Develop marketing strategies by creating messaging, marketing plans, and campaigns for server products and solutions, including global launches and demand generation initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to launch new products and ensure alignmentProduce compelling, impactful content and benefit-driven messaging and materials for internal and external audiences, such as presentations, videos, blogs, infographics, web copy, and sales training materialsAnalyze market dynamics to stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and differentiate productsExecute comprehensive campaigns, drive 360 marketing plans across AR, PR, social media, events, and campaigns while maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendorsTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements12+ years of product marketing in the technology spaceExcellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak knowledgeably, clearly and across all levels of leadership and executive leadershipExperience in product launches/product campaignsDemonstrated ability to create compelling yet simple messaging from complicated technical conceptsAbility to work collaboratively and influence across multiple functions and teams within the company and to work effectively with senior managementDesirable RequirementsBachelor’s degreeUnderstanding of products and their value to the customerCompensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
