Join us as an Instrument Technician in Minimally Invasive Surgical Support working in the fast‑paced Operating Room (OR). Responsibilities As an Instrument Technician you will be trained to positively impact the efficiency of the OR by: Decontaminate soiled instrumentation, cameras, scopes and other materials/instrumentation as needed. Prep and pack decontaminated items for sterilization. Managing the maintenance, care, cleaning and repair of our instrument/scope sets in a hands‑on environment. This role does not have direct patient contact / direct patient care. Requirements Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Must live within 30 minutes of our contracted hospitals, able to work flexible hours and participate in a call rotation including weekends/holidays. Reliable transportation and the ability to be on-call. Must be able to successfully complete on the job training including certification and company sponsored education modules.
