What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders, developing personalized care plans
• Administer standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions for rehabilitation
• Provide therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive device training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Support discharge planning and provide counseling to patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation following regulatory standards and facility policies

What You Need

• Valid OT license in Missouri
• NBCOT certification
• Prior experience in Long Term Care or similar settings preferred

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to supervise and support OT assistants and students
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation standards
