A premier steak house restaurant is hiring a manager for its upscale concept. You must thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and uphold the stellar service standards of the restaurant's brand and reputation. Contemporary, elevated dining with diner service only.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all FOH activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Wine service
• Reservation system
• Train and manage personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
