Primary Care Physician – Greenville, South Carolina
\n1st Year Compensation $320K+ | Value-Based Care | Low Patient Volume
\nPosition Overview
\nJoin a progressive, value-based care organization dedicated to delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This innovative model allows physicians to build deeper patient relationships, spend meaningful time with each individual, and practice medicine without RVU pressure.
\nPhysicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience are welcome, and those eager to learn will receive exceptional training and support.

Base Salary: $235,000–$270,000 (based on experience & location)

Commencement Bonus: $20,000–$60,000+
\n - \n
Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary
\n - \n
Total 1st Year Compensation: $300K+ (often exceeds $320K)

Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage

Relocation Assistance: Provided for moves over 50 miles

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Geriatric experience preferred

HEDIS experience a plus
