On behalf of our client, Noor is seeking outgoing and motivated Intercept Field Interviewers to work on a part time basis and conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents at designated locations for a long-term, ongoing assignment. Interviewers must be persuasive, energetic, friendly, and self-motivated, but also organized and detail-oriented. The pay rate for this position is $24-$25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of an Intercept Field Interviewer:

• Flexible availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, approximately 5 hours per week
• Travel to designated locations in Key West
• Conduct surveys using a project provided tablet
• Be responsible for tablet and all other study materials
• Keep respondent information and survey details confidential
• Complete all other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Consent to a pre-employment background check
• Previous field data collection or interviewing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age with a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Must enjoy interacting with all sorts of people
• Be responsible for tablet and all other study materials
• Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Ability to travel for assignments
• Follow all health and safety protocols
• Must treat all respondents with sincere professionalism

• Occasionally reach and lift lightweight objects and small electronics up to 5 – 10 lbs
• Stand on your feet and walk around the majority of your shift
• Exposure to various environments, as might be expected in an Intercept Interviewer role
• Possess effective communication skills through speech and listening and fluency in English through reading, writing, and speaking
