Role Description As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Connect ABA + Therapy, you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the Fayetteville, North Carolina Metropolitan Area in an on-site setting. In this full-time role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and record data on client progress, and follow protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Daily responsibilities include teaching new skills, supporting communication and social development, managing challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment. You will collaborate with supervising clinicians and families, participate in team meetings and trainings, and contribute to a positive, supportive culture focused on client success. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for implementing structured behavior programs. Candidates should possess Communication skills for interacting effectively with clients, families, and supervising clinicians. Candidates should possess skills in Behavioral Intervention and a foundational understanding of Psychology to support behavior change and skill development. Current RBT certification or eligibility to obtain RBT certification within a set timeframe. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral differences is preferred. Ability to follow clinical guidance, maintain detailed documentation, and uphold ethical and confidentiality standards. High school diploma required; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in the Fayetteville, North Carolina Metropolitan Area and meet physical requirements of the role (e.g., active engagement with children, floor-based play). #J-18808-Ljbffr
