- Clean commercial windows and frames using water-fed poles, traditional squeegee, and other professional methods
- Safely operate ladders, poles, and aerial lifts / boom lifts on multi-story buildings
- Deliver streak-free, high-quality results on commercial properties
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining professionalism on job sites
- Follow safety protocols and job checklists
- Occasional pressure washing support (bonus skill)
- Valid California Driver’s License (required) and clean driving record
- Prior professional window cleaning experience (traditional squeegee + poles preferred)
- Comfort working at heights and ability to climb ladders
- Lift / aerial platform certification or experience strongly preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform physical labor outdoors
- Pressure washing experience is a plus
- Pay is based on experience
