First Citizens Bank is seeking a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) to oversee enterprise observability and application performance monitoring within a large financial services environment. This role provides technical leadership to a team of Dynatrace engineers and acts as the primary expert for the platform, including architecture, deployment, optimization and governance. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience in enterprise settings, strong observability and SRE #J-18808-Ljbffr First Citizens Bank
