Reporting directly to the VP of Content Production, you will manage day-to-day production across photography, video, and integrated campaigns for a portfolio of globally recognized brands — ensuring scopes, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and executed against. This role is equal parts on-set producer and operations manager: you will be on location making productions happen, while partnering across Creative, Marketing, and external agencies to keep complex workflows on track and creative ideas moving toward execution.This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and real opportunity to grow within an expanding production team.In this role, you will partner across Creative, Production, Marketing, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business and retail priorities. You will bring structure to complex workflows, manage cross-functional coordination, and help translate creative ideas into executable, high-impact outputs.Translate campaign concepts into clear production plans with defined timelines, budgets, and deliverables across brands and marketsOwn end-to-end production on select brands — from pre-production through on-set execution and final deliveryManage shoot logistics including crew hiring, location scouting, call sheets, and schedulingBuild and maintain vendor and creative partner relationships across photographers, stylists, casting agencies, and post-production vendorsCreate and manage agency briefs to ensure cross-functional alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelinesIdentify and resolve production risks before they impact timelines or budgetsTrack and manage project budgets in partnership with Production and FinanceSupport SOW development and identify opportunities to optimize spend across campaignsIdentify efficiencies across shoots including multi-brand and multi-channel execution opportunitiesEnsure campaigns account for downstream needs including retail, e-commerce, and digital channelsMaintain Monday.com and production tracking systems to keep project status visible across teams7+ years of hands-on production experience with a strong background in photography and video shoot productionProven ability to manage vendors, crew, and creative partners independently and with confidenceExperience managing production budgets with full line-item accountability and financial reportingDemonstrated ability to run multiple productions simultaneously across different brands and timelinesStrong understanding of post-production workflows, asset management, and delivery requirementsExperience with Monday.com or similar production management platformsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-first approach under pressureFashion, lifestyle, or multi-brand portfolio environment experience preferredBachelor's degree in production, marketing, communications, or a related fieldPrimary Location Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000Fraud Alert: Unauthorized Job Offers and ImpersonationsWe have been made aware of fraudulent job offers and interview requests being sent by individuals falsely claiming to represent Authentic.
