Facilities Maintenance Technician

Do you enjoy fixing things and working with your hands? We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our offices, shops, and construction facilities in top condition.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys tackling a wide variety of maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Change HVAC air filters and perform preventive maintenance
2. Power wash buildings, sidewalks, and equipment
3. Interior and exterior painting
4. Minor carpentry, framing, and construction projects
5. Install and replace door hardware, locks, shelving, and fixtures
6. Waterproofing and sealing projects
7. General building repairs and maintenance
8. Assemble and install equipment and furniture
9. Maintain company shops, offices, and yard facilities
10. Assist with miscellaneous maintenance projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in general building maintenance, construction, or a related trade
2. Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
3. Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
4. Electrical experience is a plus
5. HVAC/air conditioning experience is a plus
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
7. Valid driver's license
