Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in the vibrant city of Chattanooga, TN. This role involves working in a dynamic hospital setting with a focus on cardiac med-surg care, where you'll be supported by a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Delivering patient care in a cardiac med-surg unit with a patient ratio of 1:6
• Working collaboratively with a team of 6 nurses per shift, a free CNC/charge nurse, and unit secretary on dayshift
• Managing cardiac drips such as Cardizem and heparin, as well as non-titratable drips
• Using GE telemetry and documenting care through Meditech
• Participating in self-scheduling and floating with other travel nurses
• Identifying EKG rhythms and maintaining cardiac/telemetry standards

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Valid RN license
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and EKG/cardiac rhythm identification
• Experience with cardiac medications and drips
• Knowledge of Meditech documentation system
• Proficiency in EKG rhythm identification
