Senior Level ServiceNow DeveloperWe are looking for a senior level ServiceNow Developer to join our program driving the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure with ServiceNow at the center (hub and spoke architecture). Infrastructure includes modern application technology both out of box and customer solutions with orchestrated workflows with customer tool APIs. This is a fast-paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government customer community.Responsibilities:Create, deploy and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure and related APIs for all customer applications in an AWS cloud-based environmentDevelop and maintain ServiceNow utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes, test automation, and DevSecOpsDeliver ServiceNow operations and maintenance, utilizing ServiceNow Discovery, Flow Designer, and SAM components, basic DevOps Tooling (Foreman, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab) and automated testing tools (Selenium)Conduct DevSecOps testing, developing automated test plans for both security and functional requirements, as well as conducting end-to-end and regression testing with services integrated into ServiceNowConfigure and monitor visualization tools (Grafana, Splunk) to work with ServiceNowMaintain the ServiceNow system to ensure functionality with identities, security, and cloud architecture.Create and maintain complex roles and permissions through ServiceNow to ensure customer data integrity and securityCreate and update technical documentation (e.g. user guides, infrastructure diagrams) as well as prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadershipCommunicate effectively in a group environment with technical and non-technical, management and customer both written and verballyUtilize robust troubleshooting skills while applying solid engineering rigor to include configuration management and testingLocation and Hours Sterling, VA M-F with core hours of 0900 - 1500Required Education, Experience, & Skills10-15 years' ServiceNow experience plus a Bachelor's degree is required.Must meet DOD 8570 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)Must possess ServiceNow CertificationsDemonstrated expertise as a senior ServiceNow engineer delivering similar scope projectsUnderstanding of all security related requirements in secure environmentsFamiliar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira storiesExpert troubleshooting and solutioning skillsStrong technical documentation skillsPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsSTEM degreeExperience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Experience configuring tools providing end to end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (e.g. AppDynamics, DynaTrace)Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniquesExperience leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domainsExperience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project and/or TableauPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330About BAE Systems Intelligence & SecurityBAE Systems, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of BAE Systems plc, an international defense, aerospace and security company which delivers a full range of products and services for air, land and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, security, information technology solutions and customer support services.
