Lead Teller

PNC - - Responsibilities: Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial wellbeing; Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff; Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology; Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently; Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes
