Title Dental hygienist Job Description Perform comprehensive dental cleanings including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing Take and interpret dental X-rays to assist in diagnosing oral health conditions Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive strategies, and home care routines Assess oral health status, document findings accurately, and communicate concerns to the dentist Apply preventive materials such as fluoride treatments and dental sealants as needed Maintain precise patient records using electronic health record systems Stay current on dental hygiene best practices and guidelines through continuing education Support a positive, comfortable environment for patients throughout their visit Salary Range full-time $50 - $55 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
