• Handle scheduling and appointment management for staff.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
