Experience serving food & beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting. What you will do in the role Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, explain why they’re visiting, share Topgolf features, and set the stage for an unforgettable time. Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each visit to enhance the overall experience and drive sales through suggestive selling. Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space. Be readily available with strong front‑line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience—from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile. Commit to safety and sanitation by maintaining a clean and safe environment. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lbs; comfortable lifting, bending, stooping. Stand on feet for most of the shift; enjoy walking. Engage in a variety of physical tasks; a can‑do attitude is essential. Endure long shifts or tasks taking time in a high‑volume environment.
