This position is for second shift Monday-Thursday Basic Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or aircraft maintenance, modification, reapir, and/or overhaul operations. Experience in leading a team to meet critical schedules and resove complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues Ability to obtain required Security Clearances for projects. Desired Skills Follows and completes Leader Standard Work daily. Experience in Digital Environment (CATIA V5, 3Dex, Apriso). Lean Manufacturing knowledge and application experience. Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels. Demonstrated use of COA principles and tools. Experience with Determinant Assemblies (FSDA/MTDA) and/or First Article builds. Able and willing to work other than first shift.
