Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Pay Rate: $18/hr ($19/hr if bilingual)

Location: Westfield, IN

About the Role

We're hiring a Shipping Clerk to support shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you'll prepare shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with multiple departments, and help ensure materials are shipped and received safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Stage, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Verify outgoing shipments by comparing contents to packing lists and shipping documents
• Prepare shipments by coordinating orders and documentation across multiple departments
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory records
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Report damaged, missing, or delayed shipments to the Manufacturing Manager
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping and warehouse processes
• Complete additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• English proficiency required
• Customer-facing experience required
• Basic computer skills required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of warehouse safety and quality standards
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
