Pre-Sales & Banking Connectivity Specialist

We’re looking for a Pre‑Sales & Banking Connectivity Specialist to sit at the intersection of sales, treasury, and technical implementation. What You’ll Do Sales & CS Enablement Coach and guide Account Executives on structuring and delivering treasury‑focused demos. Train and upskill AEs and Customer Success Managers on U.S. banking connectivity concepts, integration paths, and how to handle technical objections. Develop reusable enablement assets: demo scripts, treasury workflow guides, bank compatibility matrices, and integration one‑pagers. Establish a feedback loop between the field and Product to shape the roadmap. Pre‑Sales & Deal Execution Partner with Account Executives throughout complex mid‑market sales cycles. Customize product demonstrations to reflect prospects’ specific cash management workflows, ERP environments, and banking setups. Lead technical and treasury‑focused conversations with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers. Build and present tailored business cases and ROI analyses. Run proof‑of‑concept evaluations and sandbox environments for prospects. Respond to RFPs and security/technical questionnaires. Contribute to competitive positioning by developing deep knowledge of U.S. alternatives. Banking Connectivity – Pre‑Sales Serve as the primary expert on U.S. banking connectivity during the sales process. Translate complex connectivity concepts into clear, non‑technical language for CFO and Controller audiences. Proactively engage with U.S. banks to build and maintain connectivity partnerships and documentation. Help prospects anticipate integration complexity early, reducing post‑sale surprises. Banking Connectivity – Implementation & Onboarding Work hand‑in‑hand with implementation and customer success teams to streamline banking connectivity setup. Lead or support technical configuration of SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections across U.S. banks. Build and maintain a living playbook of U.S. bank integration specs, contacts, and requirements. Troubleshoot connectivity issues during onboarding and serve as an escalation point. Liaise with bank technical teams on behalf of customers. Strategic Contributions Feed market and prospect insights back to Product to influence the US banking connectivity roadmap. Track and report on the impact of pre‑sales involvement on win rate, deal size, and sales cycle length. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre‑sales, or financial software implementation. Hands‑on practitioner background in corporate treasury (cash positioning, bank reconciliation, reporting). Hands‑on knowledge of U.S. banking connectivity standards: SFTP, Host‑to‑Host (H2H), SWIFT, and ideally bank APIs. Experience working with a broad range of U.S. banks, including regional and community banks. Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows: cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, forecasting. Track record of supporting complex B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles, ideally with mid‑market or enterprise companies. Excellent communicator – comfortable in CFO meetings and technical integration discussions. Comfortable with ambiguity and building structure where little exists. Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP). What We Offer Attractive compensation: Annual on‑target earnings (OTE) between $150k and $200k depending on seniority.
